Our Classic class is your best bet if your goal is formidable overall strength and fitness. Combining specific strength and metabolic-conditioning elements this class provides a demanding and effective workout. We use barbells, kettlebells, body-weight movement and cardio elements to challenge you in every way imaginable.

BJ Rule

Founder and Coach

BJ has worked in the fitness industry since 1995 and brings a wealth of experience from personal training, and strength and conditioning. He has been involved in CrossFit since doing his level 1 in June 2010 and has used its methodology to help countless clients since that time. BJ is an avid weightlifter, and coach of the sport, and competes regularly.

In 2013, he left behind a career in investment banking to pursue his passion of helping others become fitter, stronger and healthier. He qualified as a personal trainer and is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, a CrossFit Movement and Mobility Trainer and a BWLA accredited Weightlifting Coach.
